The Club recently had their Annual Fine Arts Exhibit and Family Fun Night. The Exhibit is up through the end of January and showcases over 600 pieces of artwork from 200 talented club members. The Club celebrated the Chinese New Year with special activities including the annual dragon parade, Chinese character writing, dragon art, and a delicious and healthy stir fry snack. READ MORE
On February 1st from 3:00-5:00 PM the Club will host a special youth mask making class with visiting artist Dennis McNett. Sign ups for this free class are available at the front counter at Main Branch. Sign up early space is limited! READ MORE
The Show titled “Milk and Cookies : Storytellers” was a wonderful event created from the collaboration of the Boys & Girls Club of Laguna Beach, a children’s boutique clothing brand Mini & Maximus, Art4T a local unique gallery, Active Ride Shop. The day consisted of an art contest and show by kids with three talented winners, crafts, music, an art auction, and a holiday boutique. READ MORE
Over the past month, Club Members have had the opportunity to explore their artistic community. Beyond the Box Club had the unique privileged of touring Fuse Digital Marketing headquarters for some career exploration. Photography Club went to ART4T Gallery to check out The Story Tellers Art Show. Members left both locations inspired and a little more knowledgeable about how art can shape future careers. READ MORE
