Career Launch helps teens gain useful knowledge and skills on various aspects of what it takes to make in in the job market, including interviewing skills, creating a resume and developing proper workplace behaviors. COMING UP
The Boys & Girls Club of Laguna Beach has begun signing up players for the upcoming 2010-2011 season. Try-outs will be held at the main branch during the week of October 4th. Last year, over 240 players in four divisions participated in the league.
The league cost is $100 per player. Participants must be current Members of the Club.
Player must be registered to play no later than September 30th to avoid a $20.00 late fee. READ MORE
The Club is offering exciting art related field trips this summer. The club recently visited the local Laguna Art Museum and then strolled to the park to watch the surfers and eat a snack. On Thursday August 19th the Club will take a trip to the Festival of Arts to tour the grounds and participate in some exciting art project. Space is limited so sign up now! READ MORE
