Our Finance Department is now using Bill & Pay, a secure online payment portal.
What does this mean?
Parents/guardians will now have access to pay and view their invoices online. Each family will have the flexibility to setup recurring monthly payments and manage their account independently.
When can you utilize this new payment system?
Starting January 2018, the Boys & Girls Club of Laguna Beach will no longer have access to your credit card information for payments. The Club will no longer be charing cards for payment, but rather each family is responsible for paying their monthly balance.
Look for an email from email@example.com. Click the bolded underlined phrase “Click to make a payment".
The system will walk you through creating a secure parent login. Below is a break down on the parent portal side:
•View or print current and past invoices
•Click to pay, all open invoices are displayed (this means any past due balances)
•Automated invoice notification emails sent to you
•Attach a PDF of your invoices to emails
•Payment due reminder email sent 5 and 10 days prior to due date, notifying you of auto pay
•Payment overdue emails sent out
•Payment confirmation emails with access to our Tax ID
