(More Pictures Here) Garden Club members have worked hard to keep the garden thriving and it has paid off! Every Friday, the club has a barbecue lunch and this year, grilled veggies from the garden are substituted for chips so that every member is able to maintain a healthy lifestyle. Garden club has already harvested 10 huge zucchinis and are patiently waiting for the arrival of the tomatoes, corn, squash, green beans, cucumbers, bell peppers, sunflowers and eggplants. We have already turned many non-veggie-eating members into veggie lovers and this summer we will only continue to open their eyes to new healthy options.
